An order confirmation email means that we have received your order. Stage 2: Dispatch NotificationSimply check your inbox to see if you have received a dispatch email from us. A dispatch email means that your goods have been packed and allocated a courier tracking number with one of our courier partners. The courier tracking number will be displayed within the dispatch notification. Stage 3: TransitYour order has left Rodd & Gunn and is in transit with one of our courier partners.
